School Elections Today

School districts across eastern Idaho are counting on voters to make their voices heard at polling places across the region on Tuesday.

On the ballot are several key issues:

For the 6th year in a row Salmon School District 291 is asking for a $13.5 million bond to build a new school house.

The Aberdeen School District 58 is asking voters to approve a $600,000 supplemental levy.

Mackay School District 182 is asking for a renewal of a 5-year plant facilities reserve fund levy.

Soda Springs School District 150 is asking for a 1-year supplementary levy worth nearly $600,000.

Bonneville School District 93 is asking for a $14 million bond to build a new elementary school and remodel existing buildings for a new professional technical school.

Idaho Falls District 91 is asking for a $53 million bond to rebuild four elementary schools and make improvements on other secondary schools.
