Police: Idaho Falls Man Threatened 2 People With Pocketknife

Police arrested an Idaho Falls man Monday night on two counts of aggravated assault, battery and domestic battery after police said he threatened two people with a pocketknife.

According to the alleged victims, Ryan D. Suitter, 39, started an argument with the pair, which turned physical after he came home to the residence in the 1200 block of Blaine Avenue. Suitter had been drinking, Idaho Falls police said.

As the two left the residence, Suitter followed them out, brandished a pocketknife and threatened to slit their throats, police said.

The two people came to the police station to report the incident.
