Principal Named For New District 93 High School

The Bonneville Joint School District No. 93 Board of Trustees approved the appointment of Craig Miller as the principal of The District 93 Technical Careers High School on Wednesday.

Currently serving as a vice-principal at Bonneville High School, Miller brings a wealth of experience and expertise in both school administration and professional-technical education, the district said in a news release.

Miller previously served as a vice principal, principal and in a position shared by the Bonneville and Idaho Falls districts, as the professional-technical education coordinator.

?His background in professional-technical education and leadership skills make Craig the ideal choice to lead the newest high school in our district,? said Dr. Charles Shackett, district superintendent, in a news release.

His assignment will begin immediately and he will wear two hats for a period of time as he finishes the year as vice principal of Bonneville High School. The District 93 Technical Careers High School will open for the 2012-2013 school year.
