Homeless man arrested after biting a firefighter and a nurse

A homeless man was arrested early Friday after biting a firefighter and a nurse at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.

According to Idaho Falls Police, Colton F. Croshaw, 26, was arrested for felony battery on certain personnel and battery on a health care worker. Croshaw was also booked on four felony counts of assault on a certain personnel and misdemeanor assault.

Police said Croshaw was transported to the hospital by ambulance from Miss Kim’s, 300 South Yellowstone, at around 1 a.m. Friday after he passed out at the bar. At the hospital, Croshaw bit a firefighter and a nurse and attempted to strike four other firefighters and an emergency room doctor.
