Idaho Falls Police arrest two people for drug possession
Idaho Falls Police have arrested two people for felony possession of a controlled substance.
According to police reports 27-year-old Jessica L. Docken and 29-year-old Kim J. K. Firouzbakhsh for felony possession of a controlled substance Monday morning.
Docken of Idaho Falls was also booked for possession of drug paraphernalia, providing false information to police, three Idaho Falls warrants and two Bonneville County warrants. Firouzbakhsh of Idaho Falls was also arrested for indecent exposure, possession of drug paraphernalia and two Bonneville County warrants.
IFPD says officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of St. Clair Road around 9:20 a.m. for a report of a male and a female engaging in sexual activity in a vehicle. Firouzbakh was found in the driver’s seat with the door open and exposing himself. He attempted to flee from police and the officers chased him. When he refused to stop, he was tased by the officers.
Both individuals had outstanding warrants. They were also found to be in possession of Methamphetamine and Heroin.
