Playing It Safe bears rewards
Subway and the Pocatello Police Department are teaming for a second year to bring to the community the Playing it Safe Campaign.
The goal of the campaign is focused on recognizing youngsters who are wearing safety helmets when skateboarding and riding their bikes.
Police are giving away Subway vouchers to kids they spot doing the right thing.
They are also keeping an eye open to children who play nice on the playground.
The initiative is to help children become more comfortable with authority and not to fear the police.
