Bannock County accepting bids for landfill liner
The Bannock County Commission took bids from different companies Wednesday, who are interested in contracting a liner for a brand new landfill.
Construction on the landfill is aimed to begin within weeks. Next Wednesday the commission will meet again and come to a decision on who will get the job.
By law all landfills in Bannock County must have a liner in place to keep the waste from the decaying trash from seeping into the water supply.
