Eight teens arrested for burglary
Idaho Falls Police referred eight teenagers, ages ranging from 12 to 15, to juvenile court for burglary after they were caught stealing more than $1,000 in merchandise from the Grand Teton Mall Wednesday night.
All eight juveniles were released to their parents or guardian.
According to the Idaho Falls Police department, officers responded to the area around the Grand Teton Mall around 5:30 p.m. after a Macy’s employee reported a group of juveniles had stolen clothes and fled. Officers located the juveniles near Balboa and 17th Street. They had in their possession $1,169 worth of merchandise from Macys, JCPenney, Sears and Aeropostale.
