First reponders honored

The Pocatello Fire Department and Bannock County ambulance district were recognized by the American Heart Association’s Mission: Lifeline program, Thursday.

The American Heart Association honored emergency responders who maintain the highest level of cardiac care.

Paramedic Brian Judge said the efforts of the fire department and ambulance district have paid off.

“The efforts of the paramedics and EMT and Pocatello, Chubbuck, Inkom, Lava, Downey, everybody has shown the care they can provide to the citizens of Bannock County,” Judge said.
