All the victims left the house prior to police arrival. Police contacted them at a a home in the 1100 block of Division.

Officers attempted to contact Horwith, who was alone, at the home on the 400 block of West 20th Street. However, because of his erratic and unstable behavior did not make contact with him.

The Bonneville County Prosecutor’s Office issued the warrant today. Officers responded with additional back-up – due to Horwith’s prior behavior and previous threats to police – to serve the warrant at the home on the 400 block of West 20th Street.
