Jackson woman and family promote product on game show

One Jackson woman and her family got the promotion opportunity of a lifetime.

Melissa Wandursky, along with her mom and sister, appeared on a recent episode of the ABC show “Funderdome.” The show is a competition between two products with the audience deciding the winner.

They were on for their product “Hoodi Fit.” It’s a wearable gym towel designed as a hooded infinity scarf that’s used to make it easier to wipe off sweat while working out.

While they didn’t win, Wandursky is excited about the publicity for their product.

“People have been reaching out a lot,” Wandursky said. “A lot of emails and phone calls, just saying they saw us on there and they love the product. They love the story behind it, that it is a family business. So that was cool, that was good to hear a lot of that feedback.”

They also make a wool version of the hooded infinity scarf along with fingerless gloves. It all began when Wandursky’s mother made the hooded inifinty scarf for her two daughters for Christmas.
