Lori Vallow Daybell waives preliminary hearing

FREMONT COUNTY, Idaho (KIFI/KIDK) - Lori Vallow Daybell has waived her preliminary hearing.

The hearing was originally scheduled for August 10 and August 11.

Judge Faren Eddins said during a hearing Thursday Vallow Daybell is now bound over to district court where an arraignment will be scheduled.
