The Nation’s Weather for Saturday, November 23, 2019
_____
NATIONAL SUMMARY
An area of rain will extend from the Ohio Valley to the
upper Gulf Coast tomorrow, reaching the central Appalachians
and mid-Atlantic by day’s end. The air may be cold enough in
parts of Illinois, Indiana and Ohio for a wintry mix to
occur. Dry weather is forecast to hold on in New York state
and New England during the day before rain and an icy mix
move in at night. Much of the balance of the nation can
expect tranquil weather conditions. After a chilly Friday,
milder air will surge into the southern and central Plains,
accompanied by a good deal of sunshine. Outside of a few
showers poised to arrive in northwestern Washington, the
Western states will be dry with cool air lingering in parts
of the Southwest.
