NATIONAL SUMMARY
A storm system will bring a rain/snow mix in the Northeast
tomorrow. Mainly snow in the higher elevations of the
Northeast and northern New England, while coastal areas
remain just rain. Another system will make its way into the
Pacific Northwest. Rain will fall in the lower elevations,
with the higher elevations receiving all snow. An area of
high pressure will stagger across the central Gulf Coast for
much of the day. The Southeast and southern Plains will
remain dry. Another area of high pressure over the Great
Basin will bring dry and pleasant weather across the
southwestern United States. Moderate to high wind gusts will
be in store for the northern Rockies and Northeast coast.
The Plains will become mild as temperatures run 5-10 degrees
Fahrenheit above normal for this time of the year.
