The Nation’s Weather for Tuesday, November 26, 2019
_____
NATIONAL SUMMARY
It will be a good day for holiday travel in much of the East
tomorrow with dry weather and light winds expected. Flurries
and rain showers may brush northern New England as a storm
sweeps by to the north. Meanwhile, a major storm is forecast
to take shape over the nation’s midsection. An all-out
blizzard is expected to evolve from Colorado to Nebraska,
leading to extremely difficult and dangerous travel. Strong
winds will whip around the heavy snow, causing visibility to
drop to near zero at times. Showers and thunderstorms will
gather farther south and east from Illinois and Indiana to
Louisiana. Localized severe weather is possible along the
lower Mississippi Valley. Another potent storm will eye the
West Coast with heavy rain, burying snow and damaging winds.
