NATIONAL SUMMARY

Isaias will begin to lift northward into Canada tomorrow,

bringing an end to the widespread heavy rain across the

Northeast. Along much of the East coast however, a lingering

shower or thunderstorm is expected as a cool front sweeps

towards the Atlantic coast. Farther west, much of the

Midwest and Ohio Valley will continue to experience cool and

dry conditions. Largely dry conditions and seasonably hot

weather is expected across much of the Deep South and South

Central states. A disturbance sliding out of the Rockies

will spark afternoon thunderstorms across the High Plains.

Most areas west of the Continental Divide can expect another
