Tropical Rainstorm Laura will bring heavy rain and a threat

of isolated tornadoes to portions of Maryland, West

Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina and eastern Tennessee

tomorrow. Farther north, thunderstorms during the afternoon

may produce flash flooding and damaging winds in

southeastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey and much of

Delaware. Thunderstorms will be capable of producing heavy

rain in much of New England. Afternoon thunderstorms will

dot the landscape in the coastal area of South Carolina and

Georgia, and across the Florida Peninsula. Spotty afternoon

thunderstorms will also rumble across the central and

southern Rockies. Wildfires are likely to continue to spread

in much of the West.
