Man dies in motorcycle accident
One man died in a motorcycle accident near the INL desert site Wednesday afternoon.
Idaho State Police say around 3:50 pm, Gary Delong, age 55 of Ammon, was driving a 2007 Harley Davidson, traveling east on U.S. Highway 20 near the INL.
ISP says Delong lost control of the motorcycle and crossed the westbound lane, leaving the road on the westbound shoulder. The motorcycle overturned and Delong was thrown from the cycle.
Police say he died at the crash, and was not wearing a helmet.
This crash is under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
