Couple on motorcycle hit deer
A couple riding a Harley Davidson motorcycle hit a deer on Highway 34 north of Soda Springs on Saturday.
Idaho State Police said Van Jorgensen, 48, of Lewiston, Utah and his passenger Susana Jorgensen were both taken to the Caribou Memorial Hospital. Their condition is unknown.
Police said they were both wearing helmets at time of the accident.
The road was blocked for nearly an hour and 15 minutes while crews cleared the accident.
