Man charged after early morning attack on man and woman
Brandon Daniel Puckett, 19, was arrested by Pocatello Police at 4:58 a.m. Wednesday after a disturbance at 174 Washington Avenue.
According to Pocatello Police, a man and a woman were awakened in a bedroom by an intoxicated man on top of the bed who was beating on them.
Police said Puckett allegedly gained entry to the home by breaking through a doggy-door.
The victims told police they had received numerous threatening text messages from the man.
Police arrested Puckett on felony charges of stalking and battery. He was also cited on misdemeanor charges of underage consumption, malicious injury to property and unlawful entry.
