Cougar captured in County Line road culvert
A young adult male cougar was captured in a culvert near the Bonneville-Jefferson County Line Road Monday night.
People living in the area reported sighting the cat and an Idaho Fish and Game Department Conservation Officer found it hiding in a road culvert. The cougar was shot with a tranquilizer dart.
The animal was taken to a remote mountain location and released.
