Vape store employee sentenced for possession of nude teen photos
Michael Dwane Weathers, 42, was sentenced Wednesday on charges of possession of child sexually exploitative material.
7th District Judge Alan Stephens sentenced Weathers to 12 years in prison, 5 years determinate and 7 years indeterminate.
Weathers was arrested by Rexburg Police last November. Police say he persuaded a 16-year-old girl to exchange vaping products for nude pictures. The incident occurred sometime between August 1 and August 4 of 2015.
