Pocatello man arrested for theft and fraud

Pocatello Police arrested Cody Joe Muscarella,18, on charges of grand theft and fraud, for acquiring financial transaction cards without consent.

Police were investigating a gray Lexus in the 500 block of North Hayes at around 11 p.m. Wednesday that was reported stolen in Pocatello. Muscarella was found hiding in a garage nearby and taken into custody.

According to reports, Muscarella was also in possession of two financial transaction cards that were confirmed to have been stolen.
