The second being a storm system moving in across the West and staying more towards the Central and Southern Rockies. This will keep clouds and snow in the forecast especially across the Southern Highlands and areas along the Utah border.

Wednesday, 50% chance of snow, with partly sunny skies further north. Highs near 15°. North northeast wind 10 to 15 mph. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible. Higher totals across the Southern Highlands and south of Pocatello. Wednesday Night, a 20% chance of snow, with a low around -8°. Thursday, sunny skies with a high near 10°.
