Museum of Idaho Education Center demolished

Demolition crews razed the Maeck Family Foundation Education Center building Wednesday morning.

The building is located just north of the main building of the Museum of Idaho. The demolition clears the way for the museum’s planned 20,000 square-foot expansion.

Excavation and construction will begin soon after the demolition is complete.
