Crash blocks lane on US 91
UPDATE: 4:35 a.m.
Jon E. Bullock, 54, of McCammon was hospitalized as a result of a crash at 3:51 p.m. Friday at 2815 North Highway 91, at milepost 13.5, north of Preston.
Idaho State Police said Bullock was pulling a 30-foot utility trailer loaded with scrap metal behind his 1997 Ford F250 pickup. The weight of the trailer over-powered the pickup before both left the road and overturned.
Investigators said Bullock was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the pickup. He was taken by ground ambulance to the Franklin County Medical Center in Preston. His condition was not immediately known.
Highway 91 was blocked for about 5.5 hours.
