Idaho State’s season ends in the first round of the NCAA Tournament

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI) - The fourth-seeded Kentucky Wildcats took down the 13-seeded Idaho State Bengals, 71-63 in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.

The Bengals opened the game on an 11-5 run and took a 10 point lead at the end of the first quarter.

Kentucky rallied and shut down the Bengals in the second quarter, holding Idaho State to six points.

With the loss, the Bengals finish the season with a 22-4 record.
