Man Tries To Rob Idaho Falls Teen, Say Police
A 20-year-old man is in the Bonneville County Jail after police said he tried to rob a teenager Monday night.
According to police, Nicholas David Milloway of Idaho Falls grabbed a 15-year-old boy and tried to take his backpack.
The teen said Milloway started following him while he was walking home on St. Clair Road around 5:50 p.m. When he was near the intersection of St. Clair and 12th Street, Milloway grabbed his backpack and started riffling through it, police said.
The boy ran and away and called police. Officers found Milloway in the area based on the boy?s description.
Milloway was arrested on a charge of attempted robbery.
