Car Crash In Bonneville County Kills 1
An California man is killed in a two-car collision on U.S. 26.
Police sais David Machovec, 63, of Idaho Falls, was traveling westbound on U.S. 26 Saturday evening when his pickup truck was hit by another vehicle.
According to police, the other vehicle was headed north on 45th East, when it pulled onto U.S. 26 and hit Machovec’s truck from the side.
Machovec’s truck then veered off the road. Police said the truck rolled several times, ejecting Machovec.
Police said Machovec’s passenger, Thomas Conway, 52, of Riverside, Calif., was pronounced dead on the scene.
Police have not released any information concerning Machovec’s condition, or the condition of the other driver.
