Pair Face Multiple Drug-Related Charges After Traffic Stop
A traffic stop on Interstate 15 near Osgood led to the arrest of two on multiple drug-related charges.
Idaho State Police said the driver of the 1997 BMW, Kelli Jo Cicon, 19, of Montana was displaying signs of drug use. When they searched the vehicle, police found a bag of unprescribed Diazepam depressant pills (101 pills) and eight Oxycodone pills, .5 grams of black tar heroin, drug paraphernalia and a loaded 9mm handgun.
Cicon and her passenger, Daniel James Stark, 23, also of Montana, were arrested.
Cicon was arrested on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, felony possession of Oxycodone, driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, providing false information to a police officer and driving without privileges.
Stark was arrested on charges of for felony possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, felony possession of Oxycodone and heroin, carrying a concealed weapon without a permit, providing false information to a police officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and an active arrest warrant out of Bannock County.
