1 hospitalized in Island Park crash
A slick road led to two cars colliding in the Island Park area Monday.
Around 9:45 a.m., Kyle R. Jackson of Los Angeles lost control of a 2003 Toyota pickup near milepost 390 due to snow and ice. A 2010 Toyota pickup driven by Jesse Green of Island Park struck Jackson’s vehicle.
Although Green’s pickup rolled twice on impact, Green, his wife and two infants were not hurt, as they were all wearing seat belts and the infants were in car seats, the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office said Tuesday.
Jackson had head injuries and was transported to Madison Memorial Hospital by ambulance.
