Blackfoot man arrested on drug charges
A Blackfoot man is in jail on charges of trafficking in cocaine and marijuana, both felonies.
Bingham County and Blackfoot city detectives arrested Matilde Jesus Rivera, 40, during a traffic stop Friday.
Police then got a search warrant for his home on 350 North in Blackfoot. During the search they found 78 grams of cocaine and 32 ounces of pot.
All together, the drugs have more than $11,000 dollars in street value, police said in a news release Monday.
