Small earthquake rumbles near Challis
A 4.1 magnitude earthquake rattled the Challis area early Thursday morning according to the United State Geological Survey.
It was reported at 6:21 a.m. about 9 miles northwest of Challis.
A number of quakes have been reported in the area since March 20. But today’s quake was the strongest reported.
No damage was reported.
