ISU Credit Union opens new branch
The ISU Credit Union held a ribbon cutting Thursday at 5 p.m. to celebrate its new branch in Chubbuck. The new location brings the total to eight branches across the area.
For the location opening, it also made a $500 donation to the Idaho Foodbank. The CEO of the credit union said this is one way they want to give back to their community.
“What we’ve been seeing over the last few years is a great need for additional contributions and manpower at the Idaho Foodbank,” said Robert V. Taylor, president and CEO of ISU Credit Union. “So it was a no-brainer for us.”
The grand opening of the branch is Friday and Saturday, and you don’t have to be an ISU student to be a member. Teachers in the school district and their families can also become members.
