Housing survey looks to improve housing

A housing survey being conducted in parts of eastern Idaho and Wyoming hopes to improve housing.

The survey will look at consumer demand and preferences when it comes to housing in Fremont and Madison counties. It will also look at housing in Teton counties in Wyoming and Idaho.

People will be asked about the condition of their current housing, where they work, where they prefer to live and how long they commute. The survey is anonymous and participants will be entered to win grocery store gift cards.

“In our view housing and quality of life go hand in hand. This survey will ask questions about both. It’s really important we hear from as many people as possible about housing and equality of life because we can produce a better report,” said Shawn Hill, principal of Frontier Forward.

The survey will run until June 15. You can take the survey here, http://survey.rrcresearch.com/s3/housingsurvey.
