Jackson ushers in Memorial Day with Old West Parade

Hundreds of spectators packed Jackson’s Town Square Saturday morning to see the 33rd annual Old West Parade.

“I’ve been coming to the parade ever since I can remember,” said Renee Moulton.

This year’s parade featured a mix of cowboys, Indians and horse-drawn covered wagons.

There were also sled dogs pulling a pickup truck.

“The ladies on the horses was my favorite part. I just enjoy watching ’em,” said Tony Anderson, who came all the way from Michigan.
