Free HIV testing offered in east Idaho

More than one million Americans have HIV, and 1 in 5 doesn’t know it. National Testing Day is June 27, but eastern Idahoans have several dates to choose from.

The Center for Disease Control recommends that everyone be tested at least once between the ages of 13 and 64. For those with increased risk , testing should occur annually.

The Eastern Idaho Public Health District is offering free, confidential testing for HIV.
