Motor vehicles, loans top list of Idaho consumer complaints
The Idaho Attorney General’s office has released this year’s top 10 consumer complaints.

Financial experts are urging caution when entering into loan agreements.
“Sometimes you get lured in with a really good deal and then once you get through the process or sign the dotted line, there’s hidden fees or costs associated with that,” said Mike Morrison, vice president of the Bank of Commerce.
According to the Attorney General’s office, the biggest complaint against home loaners this year was difficulty negotiating a loan modification.
Common motor vehicle complaints included sales practices at car dealerships, vehicle repairs and extended warranty contracts.
