Sports Director 2015

KIFI-TV and KIDK-TV are looking for a sports director who can blow us away with their best local sports coverage.

If you love to cover high school, college and professional teams, then join our team.

KIFI Local News 8 and KIDK Eyewitness News are committed to local sports and devotes a half-hour program each Friday night to just local sports. Our team covers the Utah Jazz, area colleges and universities, and a local minor league baseball team.

KIFI/KIDK has some of the best equipment in the market with a completely non-linear newsroom using Harris Velocity, Sony XDCAM cameras and three live trucks with multiple receive sites.

Eastern Idaho is also an outdoor paradise where you can cover fishing, hunting, and winter sports.

Candidates must have experience in reporting sports or producing from a professional news station. This is not a position for those trying to get their first job. We are looking for someone who can take this job running.
