SUV crashes into billboard
An SUV crashed into and onto other vehicles and came to rest against a billboard early Friday morning.
Police said a 1995 Chevrolet Blazer left the road at Pocatello Avenue and Hayden around 12:15 a.m. The Blazer struck a vehicle at the Creekside Auto Sales lot, causing the Blazer to vault and strike a billboard sign.The Blazer then fell to rest on other vehicles in the lot.
Two wrecker trucks were called in to remove the vehicle from the sign.
The female driver was hospitalized with injuries that were not life-threatening, police said.
The accident is still under investigation.
