2 hurt in I-15 crash
Two people were hospitalized in a one-vehicle crash on Interstate 15 north of Blackfoot on Friday afternoon.
Around 2:45 p.m., Amanda L. Scott, 21 of Blackfoot, was driving a 1998 Buick Park Avenue south on I-15 and was trying to pass a truck.
Her car hit the guardrail on the east side of the road. It came to rest facing north in the southbound lane against the guardrail.
Scott and one of two passengers were transported by ground ambulance to Bingham Memorial Hospital, in Blackfoot.
The right lane was blocked for about an hour.
