Ammon fire destroys garage
A fire destroyed a garage in Ammon on Sunday.
Assistant Ammon Fire Chief Keith Banda said firefighters were called at 6:45 p.m. to3135 Carolyn St.
They found the fire had begun in the garage and spread to the attic of the house, but they were able to keep it from causing significant damage to the home.
The cause of the fire is under investigation, but firefighters believe it to be accidental.
