New Chubbuck theater a big deal
A whole new movie going experience is coming to Eastern Idaho.Today the Carmike Theater in Chubbuck opened its new massive auditorium with state of the art surround sound and prime seating.
In honor of the grand opening they are showing “San Andreas,” the intense natural disaster film, for only a $1.
You can also buy popcorn and your choice of soft drink for $1 as well.
Now for your viewing experience, the screen is almost three stories tall, 78 feet wide and 35 feet tall.
It seats 362 guests.
It’s not your typical place to catch a film. The “Big D” offers viewers dimensional sight, sound and deluxe seating.
Tickets are $13 for adults and $10.50 for children.
