Brian J. Mitchell court appearance, hearing postponed
Brian J. Mitchell, the man accused of stabbing Deraek Patrick Larson to death at Tautphaus park last month appeared in court today.
The court ordered Mitchell to have a psychological evaluation, the results came in today.
The court is now postponing his hearing to have proper time to look over the results of that evaluation.
A date for the postponed hearing has not been set.
