Planned power outage for Idaho Power customers
About 2,700 Idaho Power customers in the Pocatello area are expected to lose power for at least one hour Monday night.
The outage will begin at 7:30 p.m. and will affect residents who live in south Pocatello, Inkom and Arbon.
The power outage is necessary for crews to perform required maintenance work for transmission lines in the area, according to Idaho Power.
Customers that would be affected by the outage have been notified through a calling list.
