Portneuf Medical Center earns “Top Performer” quality score
The Joint Commission – leading accreditor of health care organizations in the U.S. announced Portneuf Medical Center has yet again earned the designation as “Top Performer on Key Quality Measures.”
PMC’s recognition comes in the areas of heart attack, heart failure, pneumonia, perinatal and surgical care. Two other hospitals in Treasure Valley were the only ones as well to be recognized for this award.
To be a Top Performing hospital, hospitals had to achieve a 95 percent or above in accountability measures.
CEO and President of PMC, Dan Ordyna says he is proud of this second year achievement as it recognizes the knowledge and dedication the entire medical team gives on a daily basis.
