Ski resort president questions Grand Teton road plan
The president of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is among those questioning a plan to limit traffic on a road into Grand Teton National Park.
Jerry Blann says he’s concerned about how the plan would allow no more than 200 vehicles at a time along part of Moose-Wilson Road.
Blann took part in a Monday meeting called by Gov. Matt Mead’s staff. Blann went in his capacity as a Teton Village Association board member.
The Jackson Hole News & Guide reports Teton and local government officials also took part in the meeting in Cheyenne.
Others including dude rancher Kelly Stirn say they support the plan to limit traffic on the winding road at the base of the Teton Range
