Local Sales Manager

Vista West Media is seeking a full-time Local Sales Manager to lead our team of professional account executives on the CBS, Fox, and CW Television Stations and Digital Properties. Experience in managing sales operation in television or related industry and the ability to develop and implement strategic plans with goals and deadlines are a must.

Job Description:
The Local Sales Manager’s primary purpose is to generate revenue by utilizing broadcast and digital properties to create effective advertising solutions for local businesses. The LSM is responsible for training and development of the sales department. This position requires extensive sales experience, communications, computer and organizational skills.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to direct a professional sales staff in achieving revenue goals.
Candidate must pass a drug test and background check.
