Two arrested for drugs after traffic stop

Idaho Falls Police arrested 41-year-old Kelly P. Murdock for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without privileges following a traffic stop Wednesday evening.

Murdock of Idaho Falls was booked into the Bonneville County Jail.

According to reports, officers stopped a black Honda Accord, driven by Murdock, at First Street and Yellowstone around 5:33 p.m. for a traffic violation. During the stop, officers found Murdock to have a suspended license.

Officers also found in the vehicle Methamphetamine, Marijuana, drug paraphernalia and other items consistent with selling drugs.

Police also arrested Murdock’s passenger, 45-year-old Deidra M. Daw of Idaho Falls for possession of a controlled substance.
