Woman arrested for aggravated DUI after accident

Jefferson County Sheriff’s deputies have arrested Robin Challender of Idaho Falls for aggravated driving under the influence.

On May 29th Jefferson County Sheriff’s office responded to an accident involving a car and a motorcycle.

The driver and passenger of the motorcycle, Tony Walters of Rigby and Beth Anne Jagger of Idaho falls, were both taken to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center and treated for injuries.

The driver of the car, Challender, was treated at the site of the accident and was later taken to the Jefferson County Jail under suspicion of driving under the influence. Challender was later charged with aggravated DUI.

The accident is still under investigation by Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.
